•Minimum labeling temp: 5℃. Service temp: -20℃-65℃. (24h after labeling).

•It is specially designed to meet the specific requirements for labels on tires.

•It is not recommended for automatic dispensing.

Print & Process

•Ink testing is always recommended before production.

•The heavy adhesive coat weight does not allow high conversion speeds; special care is requiredwith regard to die-cutting and matrix stripping.

•Avoided heat, used for ink drying, may have a negative effect on conversion or dispensing.

•If necessary a temperature level of 50 °C should not be exceeded.

•Need avoid too much re-winding tension and stocks are under high temperature to causing bleeding.

•A special purpose permanent, rubber based adhesive.

•This highly aggressive rubber based adhesive is specially designed for use on difficult and roughsubstrates such as tires.
